Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BoxWise platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BoxWise provides a cloud-based warehouse management system offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. The Service includes inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, and related features as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service is offered under subscription plans with varying features and limits. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Access & Free Trial

Access to the Service requires submitting a request with accurate business information. We reserve the right to approve or deny access requests at our sole discretion. Approved accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the Service's design, features, or functionality for the purpose of building a competing product
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content, data, or design elements from the Service or website
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of BoxWise and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law.

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). We do not sell, share, or use Your Data for any purpose other than providing the Service. Each account's data is stored in an isolated database. You may export Your Data at any time.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including database-per-tenant isolation, encrypted communications, role-based access controls, and two-factor authentication. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain Your Data for 30 days after termination, after which it may be permanently deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoxWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
