Each tenant's data is stored in a completely isolated database. No data is shared between tenants. Your warehouse data, inventory records, orders, and business information are accessible only to authorized users within your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or business data with third parties, except:

  • Payment processors (Stripe/PayMongo) to handle billing
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect the rights and safety of BoxWise and its users

5. Data Security

We implement security measures including database-per-tenant isolation, encrypted data transmission (TLS), role-based access controls, two-factor authentication, and comprehensive audit logging of all system actions.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account termination, data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted. You may request data export at any time.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
